Airport transfer prices include standard meet and greet service and complimentary waiting time in line with flight arrival. Additional waiting time is chargeable at the applicable hourly rate, billed in 15 minute increments.
Hourly and daily hire is calculated base to base, starting and ending within the Mayfair and Central London operating area unless agreed in advance.
Minimum hire periods apply:
Hourly hire: 3 to 4 hour minimum, vehicle dependent.
Daily hire: Defined as up to 8 hours.
Congestion Charge, ULEZ, tolls, parking, ferry, Eurotunnel, and any other third party charges incurred during the service are passed on at cost.
All bookings are prepaid unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. Amendments, delays, or cancellations may be subject to charges depending on notice provided and vehicle allocation.
Vehicle selection is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of substitution, a vehicle of equal or higher category will be provided.
