meet and greet service and complimentary waiting time in line with flight arrival. Additional waiting time is chargeable at the applicable hourly rate, billed in 15 minute increments.<\/p><p>Hourly and daily hire is calculated base to base, starting and ending within the Mayfair and Central London operating area unless agreed in advance.<\/p><p>Minimum hire periods apply:<\/p><p>Hourly hire: 3 to 4 hour minimum, vehicle dependent.<br \/>Daily hire: Defined as up to 8 hours.<\/p><p>Congestion Charge, ULEZ, tolls, parking, ferry, Eurotunnel, and any other third party charges incurred during the service are passed on at cost.<\/p><p>All bookings are prepaid unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. Amendments, delays, or cancellations may be subject to charges depending on notice provided and vehicle allocation.<\/p><p>Vehicle selection is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of substitution, a vehicle of equal or higher category will be provided.<\/p><p><strong>LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> reserves the right to adjust routes, timings, or vehicle
