These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong>. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Services<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

    LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> provides professional chauffeur driven transportation services in London, the United Kingdom, and internationally through approved partner operators. All services are pre booked and delivered subject to availability.<\/p>

    1. Bookings and Payment<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

      All bookings must be confirmed in advance.<\/p>

      Full payment is required no later than 48 hours before service commencement.<\/p>

      For short notice bookings made within 48 hours of service commencement, full payment is required immediately upon booking confirmation.<\/p>

      Services will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>

      Prices are calculated base to base from Mayfair or Hyde Park Corner, W1K, unless specified.<\/p>

      Any additional charges incurred during the service, including parking, tolls, airport fees, congestion charges, or special access fees, will be charged to the client.<\/p>

      1. Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

        Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.<\/p>

        Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service commencement will be refunded in full.<\/p>

        Cancellations made within 48 hours of service commencement may be charged at 100 percent of the booking value.<\/p>

        Rescheduling requests received more than 48 hours before service commencement will be accommodated, subject to availability and without penalty.<\/p>

        Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of service commencement will be accommodated where possible and may be subject to an adjustment fee.<\/p>

        LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> will always act reasonably and in good faith where circumstances allow.<\/p>

        1. Waiting Time and Charges<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

          Airport pickups include meet and greet service and up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight has landed.<\/p>

          All other journeys include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.<\/p>

          Waiting time beyond the complimentary period is charged at the applicable hourly rate, calculated in 15 minute increments.<\/p>

          1. Minimum Hire Periods<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

            Single point to point journeys may be subject to a minimum charge.<\/p>

            Hourly hire is subject to a 3-4 hour minimum, depending on vehicle.<\/p>

            Daily hire is defined as eight consecutive hours, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

            1. Vehicle Allocation and Substitution<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

              Specific vehicle requests are honoured where possible. In the unlikely event that a vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical or operational reasons, LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> reserves the right to provide a comparable or higher category vehicle at no additional cost.<\/p>

              1. Chauffeur Conduct and Client Behaviour<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

                Our chauffeurs operate to the highest professional standards.<\/p>

                LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund where client behaviour is deemed unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or places the chauffeur, vehicle, or public at risk.<\/p>

                1. Discretion and Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

                  Discretion is fundamental to our service.<\/p>

                  All client information, itineraries, identities, and movements are treated as strictly confidential. LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> does not disclose client details to third parties unless legally required to do so.<\/p>

                  1. Delays, Force Majeure and Operational Conditions<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

                    LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> shall not be held liable for delays or service disruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including traffic conditions, road closures, protests, adverse weather, airline delays, security incidents, or government restrictions.<\/p>

                    1. Partner and Third Party Services<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

                      Where services are fulfilled by approved partner operators, LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> acts as the booking agent and ensures partners meet equivalent professional, licensing, and insurance standards. Responsibility for service delivery rests with the operating provider.<\/p>

                      1. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

                        LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> liability is limited to the value of the service booked. We do not accept liability for indirect losses, missed connections, or consequential damages beyond our reasonable control.<\/p>

                        1. Amendments<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

                          LLOYDS AND PARTNERS<\/strong> reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply.<\/p>

                          1. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

                            These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.<\/p>
